Eurogoalnews is a web site that allows you to submit links to videos or articles or your own written storys that will be reviewed by all and will be promoted based on popularity to the main page. It will first be placed in the queud area until it gains at least 3 votes and then moved to the main page.

Step 1 of 3.

Submitting is done in 3 easy steps. The first window that will appear gives you a choice to add the URL of the original story if you found it on the net. If it is your own story you can ignore this window and just click continue.

Step 2 of 3.

This is where you control how your story will appear. The mandatory fields you have to fill in are:
---Story title. You can use the story title you are linking from or make your own.

---Tags. Tags are words that will be used for searching this site. If you have a story about a game between Sweden and England for example the tags would be Sweden, England (the words have to be separeted with comma).

---Description. If you have found the story on the web and have it linked in step 1 of 3 you can leave this box blank, write a short description or copy and paste the entire story here.
If this is your own written story you have to put the whole story text here.
If you link to a YouTube video you have to use the embed code found at the YouTube site.

---Category. Assign it to the category you find appropriate and click continue. If you have forgotten something the next page will tell you to go back and correct the error.

Step 3 of 3.

Preview your story and if you are happy with it click Submit Story.

Your control panel

From here you can manage your account by clicking on your nicknames profile. You can upload a avatar, view your comments, articles and friends and much more.

Tool

If you want to submit storys in a faster way you can chose to stay logged in when you provide your username and password for entering this site. Then you bookmark the tool The Bookmarklet: eurogoalnews in your favorite browser. After that, the only thing you have to do to start submitting a story is to click the bookmarklet eurogoalnews in your browser. This tool can be found at the end of your profile window.

Socialize

Under each article you will find more functions. You can discuss it right there, send it to a friend, add it to delicious, pligg and some other places. And don't forget to make friends. There are many ways to add friends, you can click on each person's nickname, avatar or you can find them in the Top Users page. And most of all don't be afraid to make mistakes since it's all about having fun.

Avatars or Icons

Express yourself by adding an icon to your nickname so your added links, comments and profile geats a personal touch. Here is a link to soccer icons to get you going Avatarist/soccer. Try to get the size 32x32 and then upload it from your control panel.
--Click on Modify in Personal Information.

--Chose I want to upload my own avatar. Click Save.

--Browse for the avatar in your computer and upload it.
